Sessions for Companies in Transition
In response to requests from a number of companies currently undergoing change within their organisational structure, Mark Walker has developed a session that uses the concept of turning participants into musicians – a seemingly impossible task – as a metaphor for change, and in particular attitudes towards change, for companies in transition.
In a session some of the negatives associated with restructuring are highlighted and worked through in a non-patronising, humorous but thought provoking fashion. And whilst the metaphor cannot solve the many issues brought up by reorganisation, the fun of the session can help create a more realistic and enthusiastic attitude towards change that helps create a positive environment in which to progress.
