Companies Undergoing Change
In response to requests from a number of companies undergoing change within their organisational structure, Mark Walker has developed a programme that uses the concept of turning participants into musicians – a seemingly impossible task – as a metaphor for transition, and in particular attitudes towards change.
In a session some of the negatives associated with restructuring are highlighted and worked through in a non-patronising, humorous but thought provoking fashion. And whilst the metaphor cannot solve the many issues brought up by re-organisation, the fun of the team-building session can help create a more realistic and enthusiastic approach towards change that helps create a positive environment in which to progress.
