Case history: Tesco

Brief: 2 hour session for 10 people. A team building and motivating workshop after lunch required for a small group spending a morning looking at Professor Belbin's team roles!

Performance
Set up a musical workshop with drums, percussion, didgeridoos, washboards and fun sound effects. During the session the group used hand drums, basic percussion instruments, boomwhackers, unusual instruments such as didgeridoos, thunder tubes, rain sticks, and a host of weird sound effects. A wide variety of musical activities and pieces were created, and for one piece each instrument was assigned one of Belbin's team roles and had to play a rhythm to match! A slightly tenuous but very funny finale ensued.
