Case history: Debenhams
Brief: A one hour ice breaker required to unite, enthuse and energise a new team of 50 people at the start of a day's intensive training, highlighting basic team issues.
Performance: A simple workshop format, with instruments split into 5 groups around the room, and after the introduction the participants divided into 5 groups of ten, each group assigned an instrument. They performed a piece of music on the instrument and then moved around to the next. The music highlighted listening, dynamics, tempo, leadership, following and individuality, and created a very vibrant and uplifted group.
